We work out the constraints on a block (Building Envelope, parking generation \/ thereby building scale) opportunities \/ constraints (vistas, signage opportunities, vehicular impediments, regulations prohibiting certain built forms, BCA requirements) and desired outcomes into a built form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentation:<\/strong> Utilising a mix of 2D and 3D CAD software, we can draw up accurate plans and elevations of the proposal, including shadow diagrams, sections, shaded elevations and perspectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Relations:<\/strong> At <strong>BDHprojects<\/strong>, our highest priority is happy clients.
