BDHprojects proprietor, Bernie den Hertog B.Arch, has worked on a diverse range of projects ranging from 11 story residential towers to commercial projects such as childcare facilities  and warehouses. Our primary work focus is on multi-unit projects (apartments and terraces).

Bernie possesses a broad range of complementary skills and has a passion for architecture and design and the fortitude to ensure your project gets across the line.

Our small business structure allows us to have a close personal liaison with clients, working with the builder and client to facilitate the most cost-effective outcome and achieve desired built product as documented.

We have a diverse range of computer skills that allow us to design buildings fully in 3d, facilitating accurate coordination for all services (as all orthographic projections such as elevations are pulled off the live “model” in Realtime)

Our working relationships with ACT consulting engineers, Sellick Consultants, Northrop’s, Pierre Dragh Engineering and other structural, civil, hydraulic engineers throughout the Canberra region allows us to quickly document, coordinate and review documentation in as expedient a manner as possible.

We have the ability to deliver on both large and complex projects without compromise.
